Ways To Raise A Godly Daughter

How can Christian parents raise a godly daughter who grows up living her life according to God’s truth? We can raise our daughters to be godly women who reflect the love of Christ and God has given us the authority over our daughters to instill His truth in their hearts.

There are powerful truths that can help you raise a daughter who knows who she is in Christ and walks confidently in who God made her to be.

As a mother, I want my daughter to grow up knowing who she is in Christ and finding her identity in who God says she is. I want to instill in her the confidence that comes from knowing God and teach her to find her worth in Him. I believe the biblical truths I instill in her while she’s young, she will take into womanhood, and I know that what is instilled in her today will shape who she becomes.

So she can grow up standing on solid ground, a firm foundation, and on the straight and narrow path that leads to hope and life in Christ. The fruits will show one day, but for now, I know my role is to keep instilling truth in her and keep pointing her to Jesus.

Teach her the value of showing love to others and living a life with a servant’s heart. Help her to see the beauty of not living this life only for selfish gains, but the true joy that comes from helping others and being a blessing to them.
