As Christian parents, Christmas is a special time to teach our children the glorious hope of Jesus Christ. There are many Bible verses about Jesus as the Savior of the world that share about Him being the way of salvation.
Christmas is a time we reflect on Christ’s birth and the hope He brought into the world. It’s important as Christian parents to plant God’s truth in our children’s hearts, and to teach them about this wonderful hope.
Children are listening even when it may not seem so, their minds cling to what they learn and they trust it. Instilling God’s truth in children while they are young will plant seeds of hope in their hearts that will grow as they get older. Teaching them all about Jesus and what the Bible says about Him, will help them on their faith journey as they realize what a loving Savior He is.
The Bible tells us powerful truths about Jesus, He is the Savior of the world, the Prince of Peace, the Bread of Life, and much more. Christmas time is a great opportunity for children to learn all about Jesus and who He is and why we celebrate His birth at Christmas.
